1 out of 6 students who have appeared in the IBPS clerk Exam is Declared Successful
Today i.e on 29th February, 2012 at around 1:30 PM, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection had declared the IBPS Clerk Exam Results 2012.After the results were declared,Hindu Business Line had published an Exclusive Interview of IBPS Director, Mr Balachandran in which he informed about details and the Stats for IBPS Common Written Exam for Clerks 2011
Here are few post result Stats that were shared by the IBPS director Mr Balachandran
Approximately 5.31 lakh students have been declared as Successful in the First Common Written Exam for Clerks held in the month of November and December 2012.This means one out of the Six Candidates who have appeared in the Exam are declared as qualified.It is worth mentioning here that 44 lakh students have registered for the exam, out of which 30 lakh students have appeared for the exam.
Successful Candidates in the IBPS Clerk Exam 2011.
Out of 5.31 Lakh students who have been declared as successful, 2,37 Lakh Candidates belong to Other Backward classes; 1.72 Lakh Students are from General Category and Remaining 1.21 lakh candidates are from the SC/ST category.
As we all of us know that Since the IBPS Clerk Results have been announced, Now the 19 Public Sector banks who participate in the Common Recruitment Drive will invite applications for the Clerical posts.Here is the List of Participating banks in the IBPS Common Written Exam

The wait of approximately 3.5 million students who have appeared for the IBPS Clerk Exam in Nov-Dec 2011 will end on the Last Day of February as IBPS had made an Official announcement that the Results of IBPS Common Written Exam held on 27th November, 4th December and 11th December will be declared on 29th February 2012 after 3:00 Pm at the IBPS Official Website
So the countdown begins.It is worth mentioning here that in order to check results students must have their registration Details (Like Registration Number and Password) with them.So the fate of almost 36 lakh students is going to announced in less than 24 hours
Announcement: We would like to announce that IBPS had Uploaded the Clerical Results before the actual time.I have checked my results at 2: 15 Pm and found my Status as "PASS".Here is screenshot to verify it.
Get IBPS Clerical Results by Email:
There is every possibility the IBPS Website might not respond or shut down or crashed out on 29th February, 2012 due to heavy traffic on the Website and students looking for their results.So students must enter their email addresses in the box below labeled as "Get All the Updates from IBPS by E Mail" in order to their IBPS Clerk Results 2012 directly in to their mail box at the earliest

- After that Candidates must click on the Submit Button to view their scores Online.
IBPS Clerk results 2011-2012 likely to be declared in the month of February
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), had conducted the Common Written Exam for Clerks in the month of November - December 2011, in which approximately 44 lakh students registered for the Exam.This number makes it the highest competitive exam ever in bank recruitment exams history, the level of competition in IBPS clerk Exam 2012 makes is the toughest exam in the history.Earlier on 12th December, 2011 IBPS had declared the PO Results on 12th December, 2012 with in a span of 84 days, thanks to the fast track system by IBPS.
When IBPS will declare the Clerk Result ?
IBPS will soon the declare the IBPS Clerk Results 2012 for the Common Written Exam for Clerks held in Nov-Dec 2011.Although there is no official word yet on the IBPS Clerk Results 2012, but it is expected that results will be declared in the month of the February.

- After that, click on the Appropriate Link containing the IBPS Clerk Result
- In order to check results, candidates must need either the Registration Number, Password and Date of birth for checking the result
What After IBPS Clerk Result 2012 ?
After the IBPS Clerk Results will be declared, the successful candidates must check the News papers (Like Employment News or Rozgar Samachar) and Websites (Like IBPS Official Website, Websites of Participating Banks and IBPS Portal website ) regularly for any recruitment updates based on the IBPS score.
