Answer is Assam

Answer for question no. 12 is correct as the state which has the highest percentage of adult population consuming Alcohol is Chattisgarh followed by Assam,Jharkhand and Orissa. Since Chattisgarh is not an option hence Assam is correct.
But yes,the question framing is wrong as it is not a times of india survey but The survey, conducted by the Registrar General of India (RGI) across 284 districts.
