Grameen Banks in India are on a hiring spree, since the IBPS RRB Results are announced.There are 82 Regional Rural Banks (Or Gramin Banks) that will recruit candidates, who have been declared successful in the IBPS CWE for RRB's for Officers and Clerk vacancies.
It is worth mentioning here that all the Regional Rural Banks are now under the IBPS Platform and will recruit candidates based on the Scores obtained in the CWE

In terms of Number of posts, Central Bank of India (CBI) Clerk vacancy is huge, as it had advertised over 3100 posts (3196 to be exact). Only Bank of India is other PSB, that had announced over 3000 vacancies. There fore, some relief for candidates who are still awaiting appointments in Public Sector Banks after the Declaration of the IBPS Clerk Results.

Its Important, because it had Happened for the First Time that an IBPS Exam had been Cancelled. Yes, IBPS Clerk Exam held in the Evening Session of 15th Dec, 2012 stands Cancelled and Notification to this Effect is already uploaded on the IBPS Offcial Website
Although the Exact Reason for Cancellation of the IBPS Clerk Exam is is yet not know, But it looks that there is some Serious Problem, otherwise IBPS would not take such an Extreme step of Cancelling the Exam.

IBPS had announced the much awaited Dates for 2nd IBPS Clerk CWE (Online) 2012. As, excepted the exam is scheduled to be held mid December on 4 different Dates, starting from 15th Dec, 2012. Since the IBPS Exam goes online, students will now have to appear for Exam in a Computerized Centre and attempt the Questions on the Computer Screen.
