IBPS Clerk Online Exam of 15 Dec (15-12-2012) is Cancelled

Its Important, because it had Happened for the First Time that an IBPS Exam had been Cancelled. Yes, IBPS Clerk Exam held in the Evening Session of 15th Dec, 2012 stands Cancelled and Notification to this Effect is already uploaded on the IBPS Offcial Website
Although the Exact Reason for Cancellation of the IBPS Clerk Exam is is yet not know, But it looks that there is some Serious Problem, otherwise IBPS would not take such an Extreme step of Cancelling the Exam.
Events Changed and Revised
- IBPS Clerk Online Exam Cancelled : 15th Dec, 2012 (Only Evening Session).
- Tentative Date for Conducting the RE-Exam on : 29th or 30th Dec, 2012.
- Candidates resorting to Unfair means.
- Technical Problems Like Repetitive Questions, Server Crash etc.
- Candidates involved in Mis-behaviour with the Staff members.
The Offcial Notification Regarding Cancellation of IBPS Clerk Online Exam Date 15th Dec, 2012 (Evening Session) Reads as follows.....
It has been decided by the IBPS to cancel the evening session of online CWE held on15.12.2012 for recruitment in clerical cadre in Public Sector Bank due to unforeseen circumstances. All those candidates who appeared in the aforesaid examination are here by advised to be in readiness for appearing in the re-examination tentatively to be conducted online by the IBPS on 29.12.2012 or 30.12.2012.All affected candidates will be communicated individually through email and SMS as provided by the candidates in their application form about their venue, date and time of examination in due course. The candidates are required to download their revised call letters from IBPS website.
All those candidates appearing in IBPS CWE are hereby advised to refrain from bringing any electronic device like mobile phone, pen-drive, calculator etc in the examination hall. They are also advised to refrain from resorting to unruly behavior before, during and after the examination in each session at the examination venue. Such an act on the part of the candidates will be dealt with seriously by the IBPS and such candidates may be debarred from appearing in the future examinations. Inconvenience caused to the affected candidates due to conduct of re-examination is sincerely regretted.
From the Second part of this Notification, it becomes somewhat clear that some Students have resorted to Unfair Means Like taking with them Pen Drives, Mobile Phone etc in the Examination Hall and that is Why the IBPS Exam is cancelled
But it is only Our Assumption and Not the Offcial Statement. So Lets wait whether the IBPS will clear its Stand on Why the IBPS Online Exam is cancelled ?

Evening session timings is 2.30 to 4.30 right ?
one of my friend was in medically unfit case , so he didnt be able to appear in the exam i.e of evening session..
can he will also be allowed to give the re examination of ibps ??

FROM ODISHA I WAS NOT ABLE TO GIVE D EXAM.BCZ OF TECHNICAL PROBLEM OF THE INSTITUTE(KRUPAJALA ENG. COLLEGE DT-16-12-12)PLZ. GUIDE ME..........
If the issue relates to only limited number of venues, it would be better to limit reexam for those apllicants only.writing same exam one more time involves further study, travel, expenses etc. also it affects te applicant, if he is simultaneously preparing for other ( such as PSC, GATE,UPSC etc. )exams also.
kolkata me maine exam 15.12.12 ko 2nd shift exam diya. waha koi waystha nahi thi. Baithane ke liye plastic ka tool chair mila. Computer screen was flickering . Mouse was not smooth functioning. Apni marzi se student apna sit liye. Many were sitting closely. Mujhe samaj nahi aaya ye kis tarah ka exam ho raha tha. Please tell me if it happened with you like this. I think previous process was more secure.

hi i'm vikash i gave exam on 15th in SPMIT (ALLAHABAD).ALL the facilities provided by the college are comfort for us and we r happy to see SPMIT.i don't know why IBPS gave the exams centre for that types of institute where no any facilities due to this cancellation of exams so many students are effected including me too.so please sir firstly u know all the details abt the exams centre than only u give the venue to the particular institute.....plz

my exam was on 15th December, 2012 in evening session. there saying to download your admitcard, but it is dated of 15th dec(new one), i mean date is not changed! is new admtcard will be released later on or what?
Sridhardasari from gdk.. gd evning friends. In this online exam so many candidates r copying from neighbours. One disadvantage is there is no seating arrangement,it means relatives or friends or same institute candidates are sitting nearby and helping each other.. online exam was worst.paper exam is more more secure than this.
when will we receive our revised call lettes for the re-exam on the 29th of december
